Great for all ages, this train operates daily in the summer and offers a 1-1/2 hour trip through downtown, along the shoreline of Lake Superior, through the historic Congdon Neighborhood wooded area, and up the shore to the Lester River, where the train stops to return to the Depot. Duluth is a city on Lake Superior in Minnesota. Lakewalk trail passes along Canal Park, with views of the Aerial Lift Bridge. The Great Lakes Aquarium includes salt- and freshwater animals. Housed in a former train depot, Lake Superior Railroad Museum features vintage locomotives. Glensheen is a 1908 mansion on a vast lakeside estate.
