Triple AAA and your towing companies in the Sacramento area.........you suck! Thanks for leaving us on Madison and I80 entrance for 2 1/2 hours until we finally gave up and tried to push the car into a parking lot but instead had to jump start it because the battery was so drained that the keys locked into the ignition. We jumped started it in a somewhat dangerous way, positioning the 2nd car because you AAA suck! Home safely now and will get a new battery now!

Will be making more reservations, as have been a member over 20 years and they are most accommodating.

Choice Hotels is excellent.

We already have a reservation and they will not apply the 25% to it. Said we should cancel and make a new one with the link. Tried that and the rates were so much higher that the discount doesn't do us any good.

This sad story is not that uncommon. If you're moving with a U-Haul or a trailer this summer, either you need to sleep in shifts to watch your belongings, or bring your most valuable items into your room at stopovers. You need to find a place that is well lit where you can either back the unit up to the curb, or park it against a wall. Instead of breaking in, thieves are towing them away, to break in at a different location. You can also check the hotel's address on the SpotCrime.com web site. Stayed at the Comfort suites in Myrtle Beach SC and it was so disgusting!! They owe us big time, pulled out the sofa bed and it was full of urine in the bed. It smelled so bad my family throat was burning. We had to find another hotel with four kids coming from out of town. The front desk and the manager act like it wasn't a big deal because they refunded our money. The whole hotel is dirty if one room was like that. This is why I usually don't go to hotels like this because the quality isnt good. This was a quick over night stay that I regret even entering. The Sheraton hotel worked instead.

Your choice program is the worst. All others allow u to book a year in advance!

Stayed for 3 nights and was not given the promotion. Supposedly nobody at the hotel itself or at Choice Hotels customer service can do anything about it. I always use Choice Hotels when I travel, but will now have to reconsider in the future. I'm sure there are other hotel chains that reciprocate the loyalty given to them by their customers.

Dirty room . Unsafe area . I was refused a refund as well . not too happy .

I spoke a while back about possibly implementing a policy where divisive cable news channels wouldnt be on in hotel lobbies. You did seem to agree but nothings changed. Every day nearly all day, it's been on in the lobby of the hotel. The front desk should be more involved in their jobs not their politics while at work. There is very little on cable news that makes everyone feel inclusive.

Absolutely disgusted with the Comfort Inn and Suites in Cartersville Ga. Let's start with the door not closing properly. Then the bathroom door doesn't close. And hardly any toilet paper and no spare roll in the bathroom. Next and this one killed my stay, the water pipes rattle when you turn the bathtub on. Which leaves you two choices. 1. Take a very loud shower or 2. take a extremely hot shower. Like burn you hot. As the hotel was packed, I decided not to bother asking for another room. Shouldn't ever have to ask for a different room. Anyways I will not be returning to this hotel. Update. My wife told the guy at the front desk and he said "We have a regular guy who stays in that room and he's never heard it." Really? He didn't even bother coming to the room and hearing the rattling. Didn't even ask of we wanted a different room. Absolutely disgusted!

Worse customer service ever!!!

Don’t stay with any choice privilege hotel my wife made a prepaid reservation was told she could cancel till day before NOT!! Tried to cancel today for an August stay would not refund so I guess if you have COVID you have to stay or lose your money 😡😡😡😡

Hello, For my 50th birthday I SPLURGED on a room through Choice and it sincerely is the worst hotel stay I have had and I travel monthly. My room was over 600$ and it was not clean.. food items left from previous renters, dangers around for my young child with no warning, service was difficult to get as no one is at the desk. My teacher friend had to wait 10 minutes one time.. to get a parking pass as no one is present there at the desk. If it were me, I would have found someone..but shouldn’t have had too.... they obviously don’t care about their image. Please help me here. I love Choice hotels and after 4 days and no call from the manager as promised. I don’t know what to do but to shout from the rooftops what happened as I sincerely hope no child loses their life because they couldn’t be bothered to warn us of all the dangers. Also, I don’t want to spend the time sharing this awful experience for a chain I love and use frequently. At this time, I am only on Yelp (jennifer infosino) I was hoping to get some actual customer service from someone at this company regarding my horrific (dirty, dangerous, food and items left from previous tenants, spiders, NO promised extras except breakfast. I didn’t get charged at checkin - over 600$ to stay in a room like this! and am curious as to how Choice accepts such horrific customer service. I am still waiting on a manager to call back and the assistant manager (Jessica) is a part of the problem so she’s not helpful... at all, unless you are an apartment owner (or renter as I’m not sure of the situation). This is a run down (albeit beautiful looking - through the filth) apartment building that has some rooms.... If you want more information before speaking to me, please check out my review on yelp— under jennifer infosino and check out the disgusting pictures and poorly written review that I am trying to give this company a chance (of service and retention) before I share the video and the rest of my review as I believe it’s only fair. I see what this place could be and know CHOICE wouldn’t want us to deal with filth, danger to my child, closets that can lock you in, spiders so large my daughter feared the bathroom.. the list goes on and on and it’s 4 days later and NO call back or customer service. WOW! I had just stayed at a choice hotel with a jetted tub for 5 nights (less then a week prior to this trip) for less then this one night and we had friendly staff, great breakfast, jetted tub and happy employees that spent a minute with you and did it with a smile. The giacomo has this Jessica Woman way to busy so she can’t do anything to help hotel guests as the apartment guests are the priority and if they aren’t it sure seemed that way. Please provide some of the stellar service we have ALWAYS received by Choice employees before our experience here. I can also send you a video of the entire room and the dangers of the buckling floors that everyone almost tripped over. It’s such a shame as this could have been amazing. Instead, it was scary, an embarrassment with no frills because of COVID. Please tell me how that prevents this hotel from cleaning??In fact, I need to see if I can report them for violating COVID precautions... And providing a safe space for my child or at least warning me of closets that can lock you in, windows that fully open and drop 15 floors (no warnings=NOT kid friendly—-if no kids then so cool that the windows open unless you are afraid of spiders). This is a massive place so a previous customer could accidentally leave a window open and since this place was NOT cleaned (where can I report for COVID infractions?) my child could jump up on the sill and then fall to her death. Unlikely, sure, but definitely possible here... or the exit door that slams on kids fingers. My daughter thought this was a bathroom and it leads to a filthy stairwell and the door shuts fast and caught my daughter’s sweet little finger. This hotel or at least a it’s service is an embarrassment to your chain. I am staying a week on the beach through a rental.. ON the beach for about the price of this place and the proprietor was telling me everything she has to do to get the cute space available to me. She disinfected everything, replaced the shower curtain and we walked in to a place we didn’t have to see as we enter red to know it was clean. Giacomo, didn’t have any of their extras because of COVID but can’t put an enclosed box of chocolates I. The robe or provide robes.. I mean come on. Full kitchen and no paper towels?? Jessica told Me that people walk off with them. So, we pay over 600$ for a room and we can’t get a dish towel or a roll of .99 cent paper towel because “People walk off with them”. After all the garbage of this room this upset me and I appealed for something to allow us to use the room as we didn’t know we should pack like we were camping and they brought up 15 napkins for the kitchen. We had to search and found one old dish pac. And a laundry room with not one little pack of detergent? We weren’t told we had to pack for danger and as if camping. I thought this was luxury... Please help or pass along to customer relations as they WILL get this if someone else can’t help me along and my only recourse to get service is to find the right website through my voice on the Internet. I don’t like doing that but this place is a danger to all children and crushes the spirit of the adults that used birthday money to have to stay in filth and sad, filthy space. Staying in one of you hotels in St Charles MO. 1st room was dirty, second room a/c is cool air. NOT A/C!! No breakfast, pool(understand that), no coffee(anywhere!) I am still paying normal rates, even as a member. SMDH! Sad very sad

Don’t stay at the Pryor Oklahoma one. I was eaten alive by bedbugs with no concerns from mgmt

This promotion didn't work. Plus there were sever safety and sanitation issues. Power outlets hanging out of the walls. Cigarette butts on the floor. The floor repaired by duct tape. The rude service didn't help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I know why posting photos isn't allowed, you don't want people to see your disgusting rooms.

First off I just want to say the choice hotels has a responsibility to all of their customers to stay abroad on everything that's going on in the communities, that they rent hotels to their customers. We are family we eat togethe, we live together, we share towels, we share showers. our families live in the same hotel rooms week after week summer after summer year after year you owe us the trust to know that we can trust you to let us know what's going on in these communities. Sunday night emergency come up. I have to pick up and run to Jacksonville Florida, from Virginia and turn around and come straight back for an emergency! My husband calls all up and down the East coast looking to use our choice points we get You find me a room, on the phone he calls up and down the East coast we, we're very concerned about covet 19 seeing that I have a autoimmune deficiency issue after calling the hotel in Myrtle Beach. Speaking with the front desk a gentleman answered on that Sunday evening the 21st "Comfort suites Myrtle Beach Central" 710 frontage road. East Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I was assured that everything was fine, If there was no need to worry. Never being told about the outbreak, of the 1900 cases 4 days earlier in Myrtle Beach or for the 14-day quarantine advisory! and we also called the central comfort hotels reward,800 number on the phone for 35 or 40 minutes holding while the gentleman looked for hotels and so we booked the hotel... Monday evening we here on the news while I'm already 6 hours away from home..About outbreak in Myrtle Beach.. Myrtle Beach covid-19 positive, And my husband calls me in a panic after hearing on the nightly news that I would have to be quarantine for 14 days after staying in Myrtle Beach.. Don't stop there and get gas, Don't eat there, Don't go in no stores, etc.. Knowing of my autoimmune issues this could become much more serious than a 14-day quarantine, that this possibly could be my life, I had been home all this time I thought it was safe was told it was okay by these people.. We had never been told anything about the people of West Virginia that they were being advising everyone if you've been to Myrtle Beach, stayed in Myrtle Beach, that you should go home and quarantine yourself for 14 days and West Virginia, 9 new cases one county and all those people had been to Myrtle Beach including the three deaths they're possibly all linked to Myrtle Beach visits. I'm calling choice hotels They would not even allow us to transfer our stay to another choice hotel. After charging us 30,000 points. For a covet infested area to stay in.

Your choicenow email that guarantees the lowest price is booked thru your website is a joke. Ive sent multiple emails since May 30th to call me but am getting no feedback now. I always look for a choice hotel to see if it can meet me and my family's needs when we look at traveling but about to write them off if they cant stand behind what they advertise.

Don’t stay here! If you value account security!!! I received an email on 6/26/2020 saying- Recently, the information within your Choice Privileges account was updated. If you initiated this change, no action is needed on your part. If you did not initiate this change, please contact Member Services at (888) 770-6800. I didn’t change anything on my account. I tried to login to my account online but it would not let me. I proceed to call and while waiting on Hold I heard I only had 1000 points, it had over 60,000 points. My account has had fraud on it and the person on phone wouldn’t help me because I couldn’t validate the email on account that someone fraudulent changed and That wasn’t me. He said someone would call me back. I’m still waiting. I have also emailed and still no reply. This is unacceptable and I highly don’t recommend Choice hotels. I also have your credit card that I will be canceling it we can’t get someone to help me.

I could watch stories like this all day! My husbands uncle was on the building crew for WDW. My first trip to WDW was October of 71! Opening month! And I've loved it ever since!!!

Don't forget to mention that a Maine man was instrumental in building Disney World. Joe Fowler. They have a ferry named for him.

Jen shares her recent personal experience with one of her coaches. She shares how her coach’s influence was so powerful simply because she was not providing Jen with answers. Instead, she was making Jen think, question things, and look at the situation from a different perspective.⁣

If you are not in a relationship where you truly trust the person giving you information and advice, I challenge you to question it. ⁣
If you don’t feel comfortable with the advice you’re given, remove yourself from the situation. ⁣

Unless you are already in a safe container with someone whom you trust, my challenge is to question the information you're receiving. ⁣

Look at it from the perspective of, is this first-hand or second-hand information? ⁣

I want you to think back to your childhood and coaching moments you lived through.⁣
Ask yourself, how have they impacted your life today and shaped who you became?⁣

It doesn’t have to be your coach, who has impacted your life with information? ⁣
That’s really what coaching does. Think about who has impacted you, have you thanked them? What have you done in exchange for that? ⁣
